Joshua Shrewsbery is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and joined the CHC team in 2023. With a wealth of experience spanning over 12 years in Primary Healthcare and Hospitalist roles, Joshua brings a skilled approach to patient care. Graduating with distinction from Bluefield State College with an Associates Degree in Nursing, he furthered his education at West Virginia University, achieving Summa Cum Laude honors for his Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and later earning a Master of Science in Nursing from the same institution. When not at work Joshua actively engages in hobbies such as whitewater sports, mountain biking, and hunting. Outside of work and outdoor pursuits, Joshua finds joy in fatherhood, being a devoted dad to two children, and caring for his two dogs. With a strong educational background, extensive experience, and genuine care for his patients, Joshua Shrewsbery is a trusted healthcare provider and valued member of Chesapeake Healthcare Center.
