PRIMARY CARE

Primary care is the provision of integrated, accessible health care services by clinicians who are accountable for addressing a large majority of personal health care needs, and developing a sustained partnership with patients.

ADDICTION TREATMENT

Addiction is a chronic health care issue and as such requires ongoing treatment well into remission. Clinical treatments offered include therapy/counseling provided by experienced, credentialed professional staff. Medical interventions to include medication assisted treatment with Vivitrol (injectable naloxone), Buprenorphine Naloxone (Suboxone), and Buprenorphine (Subutex).

OSTEOPATHIC MANIPULATION

Osteopathic manipulation is a form of holistic medicine which uses movement and positioning of the fascia, nerves, muscles, bones, and joints to balance the body into a healing state.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Behavioral health is the scientific study of the emotions, behaviors and biology relating to a person’s mental well-being, their ability to function in every day life and their concept of self.  A person struggling with his or her behavioral health may face stress, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief, addiction, ADHD or learning disabilities, mood disorders, compulsive behaviors or other psychological concerns. Just like physical health, behavioral  health has trained providers that can create a personalized treatment plan around an individual's disorder.
